Listings for Wanted to Buy and Financing are paid listings at monthly
rates starting at $75.00.
Stations
For Sale - Listing Rates
Before you check the rate card below it is important to remember
that paid listings for stations for sale are posted until sold.
The station for sale fees are not per insertion, not monthly or
yearly. You pay for a listing and it stays posted until your property
is signed, sealed, the FCC approves the transfer and the check clears
the bank. We remove the listing when you tell us!
All requests
for information are forwarded to you and only you. We do not sell
or share our contact lists. We do not reveal buyer identities or
e-mail address to anyone.
Paid
Listings include:
Blind listings and Open listings. You can select any or all of the
options depending on whether you have a blind listing or open listing.
Photos on blind listings are fine if they don't reveal your location.
-Up to six
color photographs to create a virtual tour of your property.
-Full descriptions of your property. As much or as little as you
want to post in your words or ours.
-Competition, facility, staff, etc.
-Links to you city of license or coverage area (if available)
-Links to your home page
-Blind Listings are totally secure. The buyer sends a blind e-mail
to the seller. The seller can respond or ignore a request for
more information.

us and arrange for your listing. We can usually post it within 48
hours after receiving your photos. For blind and text listings we
can post within 24 hours. Payment by check must be received before
listing is posted. Paypal listings posted as soon as payment is received.
